HELP DESK OR Customer Services Executive (DAY Shift)

Job Description

Resolve queries of institutions & investors regarding KYC processes & application to handle queries both on emails & calls within stipulated TAT
To follow-up with institutions to make necessary amendments to records
Enter daily interaction in system

Eligibility criteria
Positive and healthy attitude towards work
Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication skills,spoken and written
Fluency in English,Hindi
Prior experience in BPO /Call Center/ Helpdesk of any nature

Salary 1 Lac 50 Thousand To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
Industry ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service / Operations
Work Experience 1 - 4 Years
Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
