Experience: 1-4 recruitment years
Key Skills: Good communication & interpersonal skills. Go Getter attitude and Very Strong Recruiting experience.
• Handling full recruitment life cycle (Screening resumes, scheduling and interviewing candidates, freezing final round of interview).
• Keeping a track on all appointments, training coordination etc. of employees.
• Doing reference check of the selected candidates.
• Joining formalities (ID cards/ V. Cards/ mobile/ laptop, bank a/c etc.)
• Coordination for various welfare activities such as Picnics, Entertainment Parties and Annual Gathering of employees.
• To furnish inputs to accounts dept on monthly expenses for all employees.
• Managing and overseeing other admin related activities.
• Leave and comp off management.
• Data management
• Employee exit formalities.
• Handling and resolving employee grievances
• Performance management and development
• Day to day updates to management.
• Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.
