 ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
 Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies,
processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
 Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to
improve operational and financial performance.
 Handling existing customers for day today operation support &amp; acquiring more business from their lead.
Taking feedback for the service related issues if any &amp; trying to resolve it on high priority.
 Generate new business opportunities by visiting new clients and generate new sales leads.
 Identify potential customers and register opportunities; relentlessly pursue realization of such
opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
 Increase profit by effective negotiation by developing coverage areas of business.
 Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
 Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.
 Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency. Resolve problems concerning
transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues
 Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, transport modes, product volumes or carriers and
report results to others.
 Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization
opportunities.
 Coordinate with internal departments for proper support &amp; improvement of the performance.
 Monitor Sales Target Vs Achievement Vs Collection Target &amp; data presentation as per the management
requirement.
