 Development of curing compounds, waterproofing products and other allied construction
Chemicals.
 Cost optimization of existing admixture products & Introduction of alternate RM.
 Optimized product development after thorough understanding of concrete design mix.
 Should be able to understand various concrete design mix, technical details of site
 RMs and concrete rheology with different kind of admixture.
 Formulation of Waterproofing and cost optimizations
 To coordinate with international counterpart for developmental activities.
 To strengthen the corporate safety guidelines as per ISO 9001, 14001 18001 during process of
product development and product transfer at manufacturing
 Should have experience for about 5-8 years and should be capable to look after production line
too.
 Qualification: MSc/ PhD.
