• Client Account Management through direct supervision.
• Revenue and profits as per targets laid out
• Client retention and satisfaction.

• Brand, market and category awareness and leadership in knowledge.
• Lead in proactive client interface.
• Regular update/feedback to creative and planning team on brand health and presentations made.
• Responsibility and ownership on accounts, revenues, operations of the designated business.
• Collection : no dues after 40 days from completion of an activity strictly.
• 100% adherence to financial norms: advances from clients, estimates approved by clients,
• Very clear do’s and dont’s on each brief for Operations.
• Brief sent to HO/creative/Operations team well on time. Reduce anxiety levels on internal deadlines.
• Client Satisfaction Letters.
• Ensuring repeat biz from clients.
• Min : 6+ yrs of experience.
• Hands on with proposal making and presentation skills
