We requirement of a HR Executive with 2 Years Experience in Service Industry with our client who into Heavy industries Between Ghatkopar & Chembur.
She should be preferably MBA in HR , ready for elevation to Executive Assistant Role to Directors & Management, having worked in Offices having 150 & above staff strength with a combination of Skilled and Unskilled staff. It is a Must to be well conversant with all Labour / Staff related Statutory requirements for PAN India. Net savvy, Desktop friendly with all Applications & Presentations. Candidates with flair for Innovation & Novelty are welcome.
Key Roles :
Making of salaryâ��in ERP or Manual
This requires Tracking of Daily Attendance,Leaves, Overtime,Advances etc & then generating salary
Disbursement of salaryâ��online
Opening of Staff Salary Account in Bank & then arranging online Salary transfer followed my Mass SMS messages to Individual staff
Making of all HR statutory documents for inhouse filing and Dept Submission
EPF/ ESIC/PT/ MLWF / SHOP ACT /WC etc compliances,renewals,forms,record keeping, calculation & due date payments.
Submission of all HR statutory docs to Various Clients as per need.
HR Compliances & documents generation as needed for our staff working in their premises
Making & Implementation of HR policies
Service Industry Specific including Progressive Hierarchies, Growth Structure,KRA,Annual Appraisals Process etc
Making of Minutes of Meeting
Agenda/Minutes For inhouse staff,clients, consultants,advisors & tracking for actions & feedback with follow ups on mails & calls.
Drafting letters to various authorities like Insurance, RTO
Self correspondence with approvals to authorities, departments,offices etc
Handling of Social Media
To coordinate for all our clients Visibility Efforts made by Google Adwords, FB, Twitter & other Social Sites.
Staff Recruitment & Others
Make JD,Revise JD,Induct candidates For the office, staff at all levels with online help.
