position : General Secretary

reporting to : President and Managing Committe Members

location : Mumbai (chembur / Sion Office)

key Responsibilities :

enhance Membership Base of Apaoi On all India / National Level.
get in Touch with Various Owners in Each State By Sending Emails / Letters / Membership Forms.
arrange for Personal Meetings with Owners and Inform About the Benefits of the Membership of Apaoi.
do Planning / Make Arrangements to Hold Executive Committee Meetings At Regular Intervals, By Giving 7 – 10 Days Notice By Email / Letter, After Getting Approval of the Agenda.
responsible for all Arrangements of Any Seminars / Meetings Arranged
convene Agm / Egm as per Memorandum & Articles of Association of Apaoi, in Consultation with Committee Members.
prepare Separate Lists of Rto / Vat/entry Tax / Checkposts in Each State/border, with Whatever Contact Details Available,
write Letters to Various Defaulter Clients / Customers for Payment Follow-up On Behalf of Members.
visit Various Customers Within Mumbai Region / other Locations, as the Case May Be, Along with One or Two Committee Members for Payment Follow-up, On Behalf of Members.
prepare & Circulate Monthly Reports to all the Members About Various Activities of Apaoi.
prepare and Circulate List of Documents Required to Be Carried / Produced At Entry & Exit Points in Each State for Movement of Machines
communicate Effectively with Government Agencies (like Rto / Checkpost Officials) to Safeguard the Interests of Members and Extend Necessary Help as and When Required.
maintain Good Relations with all Members and Attend to Their Needs.
to Carry Out all Instructions Given By the Office Bearers of Apaoi, from Time to Time.
prepare and Submit Minutes of Each and Every Meetings of Executive Committee, Agm/egm for Approval / Implementation / Circulation, as May Be Require

Experience 1 - 8 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac P.A.
Industry Front Office / Executive Assistant / Data Entry
Qualification Higher Secondary, Vocational Course, Diploma, Professional Degree, Other Bachelor Degree
