Key Responsibility Areas: Customer Services - Complete back office, Inbound calls, NO outbound calls.
01. Responsible for receiving calls and responding to all customer inquiries and query through email.
02. Handling customer concerns.
03. Reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
04. Handling and solving customer complaints.
05. Taking required actions on customer feedback.
06. Completion of assigned task in specified TAT.
07. Maintain MIS and reports related to customer queries and feedback.
01. Male candidates preferred.
02. Candidate should possess good communication skill both verbal and written.
03. Knowledge of MS-Excel and Email
04. Should be proactive, soft spoken, detail oriented, tactful, calm, punctual and disciplined
05. Prior experience in Customer service industry will be an added advantage.
