Handling nomination Sea Export business & Factory stuffing ex Nhava
Sheva/Mundra/Pipavav/Chennai and ICD’s to worldwide.
Once getting enquiry from Agent, float the same to the concern
departments console all rates & send quotation to Agent on their
enquiries.
 Floating inquiries for Transportation, Custom clearance and Sea
Exports as per customer requirement.
 After receiving confirmation from agent coordinate with shipper for
their readiness of cargo & update the same to the agent.
 Planning for the shipment as per vessel once shipper confirmed
readiness of cargo & arrange the same.
 Shipment Documents, submit documents to Shipping line & Line for
manifest purpose and checking vessel Cut Off – ETA.
 We manifest BL as per LC requirements provided by Shipper.
 Plan the Shipper console as per shipment Incoterm and buyer’s
cargo priority.
Plan factory stuffing shipment as per vessel schedule.
Submit VGM & Form 13 request on shipping website or Odex.
Sending Bills to Agents & Overseas office with all pre-alert
documents.
 Follow-ups for all delivery status from our Destination office &
providing information to the customer.
Generate sales and purchase invoices with supporting agent documents
Follow up for the payment once the invoices are overdue
