ï‚· Development of curing compounds, waterproofing products and other allied construction
Chemicals.
ï‚· Cost optimization of existing admixture products & Introduction of alternate RM.
ï‚· Optimized product development after thorough understanding of concrete design mix.
ï‚· Should be able to understand various concrete design mix, technical details of site
ï‚· RMs and concrete rheology with different kind of admixture.
ï‚· Formulation of Waterproofing and cost optimizations
ï‚· To coordinate with international counterpart for developmental activities.
ï‚· To strengthen the corporate safety guidelines as per ISO 9001, 14001 18001 during process of
product development and product transfer at manufacturing
ï‚· Should have experience for about 5-8 years and should be capable to look after production line
too.
ï‚· Qualification: MSc/ PhD.
